In today’s session with [[Sho Sho]] I started with the feeling of a knot in the solar plexus and ended up releasing energy upward into the back, shoulders, chest, neck & head. When I first tuned in, the knot was simply saying No. It’s taken me a long time to get to the point of being able to hear that. Or, to be able to speak it. To build a communication pathway between the solar plexus and the throat. To make it ok to speak. To no longer suppress. The theme again, since May, is focus. Solar focus—communion with the sun within. Solar plexus focus—the clear circulation of force of will. The will rising and expanding, unknotting and uncrumpling, becoming solid earth upon which all the levels atop it can thrive. #somatics
